Nothing matches that.
Default pediatric rate, represents all ‘children’, however it is dominated by 15–19-year-olds, who account for the large majority of deaths; the younger ages contribute little to the count and mostly serve to dilute the denominator. It is the default because it includes all children, but not because there are many suicides under 15 years of age.
Visualization by Dr. Tyler R. Black for pediatricsuicides.ca
Countries differ greatly in how they count deaths, how they determine suicides, how their postmortem processes work, what their culture and attitudes towards suicide are, the legality of suicide, the demographics, the political pressures, and the methods of death used (some are very easy to determine, others harder). There are many other examples of differences that can influence a country’s rate. Comparing two country’s rates is risky and fraught with problems. It is usually better to compare within a political jurisdiction’s boundaries than between them.
This site is the most comprehensive database of pediatric suicide ever assembled. The project has been daunting but rewarding; I have captured the rates of 116 countries, capturing 478,605 suicides over 24.43 billion person-years. All data has been vetted by Dr. Tyler R. Black, and any errors, omissions, and corrections should be sent to me.

US ages 5–17 by weekday, month and school term. A different age band, so not comparable with the country figures on this site.
Why we need better data
How many of the world’s children are outside the count, continent by continent — what is missing, what was cut out of what is here, and why.
(In progress) Pooled world rates and estimates
What the counted jurisdictions add up to, what that figure is built from, and why it is not the world rate.
